As the property increases in value your tokens will be worth more. If the property decreases in value due to the market, your investment value will decrease.

Traditional investment in real estate is not very liquid. A fast escrow is 30 days, if your partners agree to sell. Owners must stay invested at least 50% in their property so any loss is their loss. We think this will motivate them to maintain the property. Unless the new owner wants to take title subject to the Fraction House lien, a sale is a liquidation event. Your tokens will be converted to US dollars and placed into your account.

So investors can have a hard time cashing out without hurting the people who stay. Especially with families or friends this relationship factor is a reason why people stay illiquid longer than they may want to.
